Smart Water Meter DCU



HEX-GW-L DCU is based on LoRa technology. By using multi-core RF design, it can achieve long-distance, high efficient and reliable data transmission. HEX-ML system is using star network structure, which is easy to manage the nodes. By using the time slice design for the nodes, it lowers the data collision probability greatly and enhances the stability of the whole system.

1.Using multi-core RF design, it can receive the data with different speeds from different channels at the same time.

2.The effective communication distance between Concentrator and collecting module is more than 5km.

3.Uplink is using star network, downlink only has one route. The data communication route is simple, and the network is easy for operation.

5.HEX-GW-L can support 5000pcs meters, save 5000 uplink data records. Users can inquiry the records of certain time slice through Server. Meanwhile, it can keep the year frozen data for recent 10 years and month frozen data for recent 12 months of every meter.

6.Save 1000 downlink data records at the same time, users can inquiry, delete and add any downlink data record of the appointed node or all nodes at any time through Server.

8.Include GPRS or LTE communication. Remote operation: broadcasting info management, uplink/downlink data management, remote upgrading etc.

9.Users can set the GPRS network parameter (IP, domain name and Port) by themselves through serial port.

1.Meter ID Management: download, delete, add and Read. The Meter ID management list saves the current node IDs that need to manage, the corresponding time-slice interval and so on. The time-slice value will be sent to the meters together with the ACK from Concentrator after Concentrator gets the data report.

2.Meter Uplink Data Management: save and read. Every bubble report data will be backup in the FRAM, users can read all data in certain period remotely through Server.

3.Broadcasting Info Management: download broadcasting content, download, delete and read the broadcasting ID. The broadcasting info includes broadcasting content and broadcasting ID list, both of them should be sent to Concentrator separately. Only the nodes whose ID listed in the broadcasting ID list will be broadcasted. These nodes will be invalid automatically after receiving broadcasting once, so that they will not get the repeated broadcasting data.

4.Server Downlink Data Management: read, delete and add the appointed Meter ID’s downlink data or all Meters ID’s downlink data. The Concentrator can save 1000 downlink data records, users can read, delete and add any downlink data record of the appointed node or all nodes at any time through Server.
