We have launched a smart water meter pilot project with a water company in Africa, aimed at improving water resource management efficiency, reducing water loss, and enhancing customer service.
The pilot project included the supply, installation, and commissioning of smart water meters with remote communication capabilities. The solution enabled automatic meter reading, real-time water consumption monitoring, and centralized data management through an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) platform.
Throughout the project implementation, our technical team provided on-site support, including guidance on water meter installation, communication testing, system configuration, and training for local technicians. The project team worked closely with the local water authority to ensure smooth deployment and reliable operation of the project.
After installation, the smart water meter successfully collected water consumption data, helping the water company improve meter reading efficiency, identify abnormal water usage, and optimize water resource management.
